At The Hamper Emporium, we strive for perfection in every delivery; however, if your gift arrives damaged or is incorrect, we offer a straightforward return and replacement policy within 30 days of receipt. Please note that due to the perishable nature of gourmet food and alcohol, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Email our customer service department with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or report as damaged.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

Carefully repackage the hamper in its original transit box to ensure it is protected during return shipping.

After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your full refund or dispatch a fresh replacement hamper immediately.
